Situation

That Hillary Clinton lost the election although it was the most expensive and orchestrated campaign in history.  The election was rigged by the Democrat National Committee even for the primary season. Bernie Sanders joined the Clinton camp faithfully, and received a summer house and his wife, under a cloud for financial improprieties in the operation of a university seemed to disappear.  A plan within the DOJ and FBI leadership to sabotage Trump campaign and was later turned into a Special Counsel investigation are all documented.  Contingency plans for losing the war allowed organizers in "For America" units organized a public and secret resistance organizations.

The objective of the both organizations is the creation of Democratic Socialist State Republics (DSSR). This is the map of the nation in a county by county examination in 2016.

Compare the map below from 2012 with the map above. Republican gains in states held by Democrats came as a surprise, but the map blow shows California growing bluer especially in the great agricultural heartland, the Central Valley. 

Your Task:  Acquaint yourself with the  5 Paragraph Field Order format.  Determine what federal facilities in California need to be secured in the event of a sudden declaration of disunion.  Determine the priority and action needed.   Use this map.   Identify other facilities that may be of national interest or may be used against the people of the United States.
